Possum

Hi, I’m Possum, and if there’s one thing you should know about me, it’s that I show up to life with my whole heart.

I’m a young, energetic girl with a very big personality and an even bigger love for people. Being the center of attention is absolutely my thing. If there’s affection to give, I’ll gladly take it and probably ask for more. I’m friendly, playful, and always excited to meet new faces. New friends, old friends, humans, dogs, I’m here for all the good vibes.

Life with me is never boring. I’m always ready for fun, whether that means heading out for an adventure, playing with my favorite toys, or proudly showing off my zoomies. I can get a little bouncy when I’m excited and I might pull on the leash sometimes, but that’s just my joy shining through. Training is actually something I enjoy, especially if snacks are involved. I’m very food motivated and will happily work for treats, which makes learning together a fun experience for both of us.

I’m also pretty proud of my house manners. I’m mostly house broken and really good at letting you know when I need to go outside. Once I’ve burned off my energy, I turn into a total cuddle bug. I love settling in close, soaking up quiet moments, and enjoying snuggles between play sessions.

With a little structure, patience, and continued guidance, I know I’ll be an amazing companion. I’m the kind of dog who is ready to grow with you, to learn, to love, and to be your constant sidekick through it all.

If you’re looking for a fun loving, affectionate pup who brings energy, heart, and a whole lot of personality into your life, I just might be your girl 💕

If you’ve read my story and feel that little tug in your heart, I’d love for you to take the next step. I’m currently waiting for my forever home, and my adoption page has all the details on how we could meet.

Even if you’re not in a place to adopt right now, you can still help. Share my story, tell a friend, or help my story reach the person who’s meant to find me. Sometimes all it takes is one share, one click, or one person believing.
